Jomclassifieds buy it from the first version, it's good that's not discussed.

The support is excellent by means of the chat since the developer or the developers solve everything by logging directly to the panel of the administrator of the corresponding site, this for some is excellent because in a matter of minutes the problem is solved.

Personally I have also resorted to this solution but I do not like it very much.
I like more Create a query and from there the developer gives me the solution, this has advantages because in this way we all learn to know more about this classified tool.

Another thing that I do not like about this forum is that one raises a question and it has to be approved by the administrator and it may be the case that if the administrator does not care about the question, it will never be published.

The forum should be open so that the question is published at once and once the question has been published if it is inappropriate then eliminating it.

A: Very thanks, customers are expecting a prompt response and quick fix so it's the best way to provide the support which makes them do business without any interruptions.

A: We always provide the solution, codes, explanation for the fix but 98% of the customers are facing difficulties in understanding it and they are reaching us again for the issue and it takes them 2 to 3 communication exchanges between us and the customers so we directly ask them the admin login credentials which we fix it in instances and notify them. If any settings change we will provide the explanation but if anything as to be done in codes then we will request them for the admin login credentials.

Our product is flawless but only if any template conflict or a strange issue we will request them for the login credentials. For settings change, we will provide clear instructions and we will not ask for their admin details.

A: In the beginning, the forum post is made to auto-publish without admin approval but last 3 years we are receiving thousands of spams, advertisements, non-related queries per day which was so difficult for us to control in our end. Due to thousands of spam queries the user's felt difficulties in finding the solutions for queries so that's the reason we have made auto publish to "No". So once the post is verified by our side we will publish and provide the solution.

We will soon update the forum to avoid the spams, advertisements to auto restrict and will make the only valid user post to be published automatically. We are working on it and soon will be available live.

So it's our humble request for you to understand the situation.
