I have install jomclassifieds_2.2.0_unzip_first version. (Install date 12:01:14 my Joomla is 3.2.2)
However, after installation in the Joomla backend version Jom Classifieds1.0.0 version is displayed .
In the demo backend from Jom Classifieds Version 2.1.0 is displayed.

Why in my installation is version 1.0.0 Displayed?

I have found the problem.

It is the German language file de-DE.com_jomclassifieds
If I set the language backend to English, the version is 2.2.0
