My attemption to install was not successful. I see this:

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

As I understand nesessary XML file is absent. I tried to unpack files and folders to destination places but could not to start component with URL my.domain/administrator/index.php?option=com_jomclassifieds I saw:

Fatal error: Class 'JomclUtils' not found in...\www\administrator\components\com_jomclassifieds\jomclassifieds.php on line 35

Strange. I have double checked and I don't see the issue you have mentioned. Kindly let me know what Joomla! version do you use ?

I use Joomla! 3.1.1 Stable release.

I can build project at real hosting, but it can take some time. This project has purpose to study Your component and was created at local computer.

Sorry, our current version only support Joomla! 2.5 version. But, very soon we are yet to release our 3.x compatible version. Until that, you can study our component using Joomla! 2.5.

I have the same problem.

I tried editing the xml files as instructed here.

I get a successful install but it wont work.
