When creating a new account to post a new advert,there should be a captcha image to show 2 words but the image does not appear. May I know is it using the built in Captcha feature in JomClassifieds or from Joomla? For my website,the captcha image does not appear on "Create a new account" section,but it shows up at "Contact Advertiser section"

For login and registration we are using joomla built-in login module. So kindly check this captcha issue in joomla forums and docs.
