After i modify to sho only 3 categories in Sub categories depth it still shows the number of subcategories in a respective category.

The "Sub-category depth" field is to control only the sub-category levels and not to control the number of sub-categories to display. The feature to control the number of categories is not available in Jom Classifieds. But sure we will add this feature in our future version.
