Currently, we dont have language pack for Arabic, But you can create your own Language Pack for Jom Classifieds. Kindly check the below Documentation link for step by step process

For RTL feature, you change this in your template css file.

Regarding User profile, we are using default joomla profile and the feature to Sync with Jomsocial Profile Avatar is not available.
