Stripe plugin is installed along with the component itself and it should be found under "Extensions => Plugin Manager => Jom Classifieds - Stripe"

Plugin parameters explained

Property	Description
Secret Key	Enter the Stripe secret key . The secret can get from https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/apikeys
Publishable Key	Enter the Stripe publishable key. The secret can get from https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/apikeys.
Logging	Select yes if you want to store the Mollie callbacks. If your site is heavily loaded then we recommend to select No.
