I am currently using a 3rd party plugin to show users that they have done something wrong or in a restricted area, as the standard Joomla messages is normally completely missed by users. What is weird is that only some of the messages popup as it should.

Have you put the messages somewhere where the 3rd party plugin misses them or do I need to contact them?

Thanks
Kevin

I have below is what they have said and suggests that some messages are not though the Joomla messaging:
What kind of messages are displayed? Are they set by Joomla, or by the extension you use for the form?

This plugin can only handle messages thrown by Joomla, or through the Joomla messaging system. If extensions create their own way of communication and displaying messages, unfortunately, our plugin cannot catch them and display them in a nice popup.

Well you can check it site details in my profile and as you have been doing bits you have super login already.

Just post an ad
see the message, that one should be the standard message generated by Joomla and the popup does not work for that message. But for others it does I just can not seem to generate other message to test this.

It might just be the 3rd party strange that it works for some and not others.

Thanks

We double checked in our side and we used Joomla's method to print the Advert saved message.

$mainframe->redirect($link, $msg);

So please check with your third party plugin support.
