I'm missing something obvious...

When an ad is posted, they must be approved. I thought an email was sent notifying someone that they needed to approve an ad. Where do I set that email address?

Actually the mail will be sent automatically to the site admin that notifying that he should review and approve the ad. If the mail is not sent, kindly send your site details and the Joomla admin access to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . So that we will check and update you.

Is there a way to change the email to a different one. It is a large site and the classified ad section is a small piece of it. It would be nice to route the emails to the executive assistant to process instead of the our main tech admin.

Do you foresee any change in this? Our client has many Super Users including one account with username admin. However, that account is not receiving the emails. We have no Super Administrator account. Please advise.

Kindly open your Joomla admin and click System-->Global Configuration--Server. Here under mail settings, please check the From mail field. The mail will be sent to the mail id available in that field.
