I have seen that it is not possible to create new promotions ? Only the dafault ?
Why is that ?

It is not possible to create new promotions dynamically by admin. The membership type will work only based on the number of days and the amount. But it is not the case with the promotion. For example if you create a Bottom Ads promotion, you cannot work in the code and display the ads in the bottom.
