I have a link that shows all ads added by latest first. I would like to be able to make a maximum per page because it slow down the page I have more thant 700 ads.

Sure you can control the number of ads displayed. to do it,

open your Joomla admin and click Components-->Jom Classifieds-->General Configuration.

Here under Layout Settings-->Grid view (or) List view-->Ads per page provide the number of ads to be displayed.
