I created an extra field to allow the advertiser to publish an website,
but this field appears below the listing description.
and I want that appear in the contact details area like the phone appears

Is there a way to choose the location of the extra field? or is there a way to add an extra field to contact details?

Sorry, Currently we display the Extra Fields below the description and it is not possible to display it with contact details.
