I want to create new pages like terms & conditions, contact us and about us in my classified website. How can I do that and want to show that pages in the header and footer. Please help me on this.

It seems that you have purchase our Basic subscription ($49) where you will get only our extension (component, modules and plugins). Please refer Joomla support forum to add pages to your Joomla site.
