I see there are different ways to create memberships but what the point? They can constantly add there ads for 30days free. There should be a limit on how many free ads they can place.

This can be done by the following way,

You just create a two plans (1. Free 2. premium) in your admin under premium tab. For Free plan set 5 days and 2 ads as limit and set Repeat Always to "No" . Now the users can post free ads first time only. Only the free plan expires, he can post only premium ads.
