404 page when configuring component - CRITICAL! 2 years 3 months ago #3603

Hi,
Please I need this solved as soon as possible. Everytime I try to save the configuration in my joomla admin, I get this error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /abt/administrator/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This is my server and I have all permissions. I have never seen this error before. Also something is wrong with the close button when I click on a video or contact advertiser button. Actually any modal window that opens. I get two close buttons, one works and the other doesn't. I would appreciate if I can get this fixed quickly as my site is about to go live.

Thanks,
Tee

Regarding Permission error ,

Kindly check jomclassifieds.com/forum/general-discuss...figuration.html#2681

Regarding Close button issue,

The other close button should come with some other extension in your website. Kindly get me your live site link. So, I can get the exact solution on checking it.
